If you know your dates, look on Skyscanner (link below) to find the cheapest days to fly between any two destinations in Europe. Secondly, you can find a cheap hotel, but a cheap hotel will be a long way from anywhere good, and you'll still pay too much. I's suggest you book into a hostel, free internet, free breakfast, shuttle pick-up to and from the airport, and you could probably book a private room for 3 or four of you to share for only £10 a night each (see my Hostelworld links below for three or four excellant Prague hostels) - and it'll be clean, safe, and secure. Although things are cheap in Prague if you are Czech they very quickly become very expensive when your British!!
